Role Overview
As a Travel Operations Specialist, you will support our Business Services team by managing corporate travel policies, vendor relationships, and travel logistics for colleagues and guests attending company meetings and industry events. You will ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and a smooth travel experience while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist colleagues with travel queries and issue resolutions.
- Collaborate with business services teams on company and industry event planning.
- Manage relationships with travel vendors to ensure high-quality service.
- Review invoices for accuracy, process payments, and manage refunds.
- Track travel expenses, trends, and policy compliance.
- Monitor unused tickets, credits, and airline points utilization.
What We’re Looking For
- A degree in business, travel management, or a related field.
- Excellent academic record and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to travel up to four times a year for company events.
- Quick adaptability to new technologies and software.
