Job Summary:
Real Broker LLC is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic Brokerage Operations team. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for managing email communications within the U.S. real estate market, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting agents. You’ll handle inquiries related to real estate transactions, property listings, and general market information. This position is vital in ensuring customers receive accurate and timely responses, maintaining a high level of satisfaction, and fostering long-term relationships.
Shift Hours: Shift 1: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST | Shift 2: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email regarding real estate transactions, listings, and market information.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive answers to customers' queries.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by managing inbound customer queries in a timely manner.
- Manage and resolve a high volume of support tickets on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless communication and ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT, number of tickets resolved, and One-Touch Response Rate.
- Prioritize tasks effectively to meet daily goals.
- Other duties may be assigned based on team needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
- Team-oriented with strong collaboration and motivational skills.
Education & Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience as a customer support representative is a plus.
- Familiarity with G-Suite, MS Office, ZenDesk, Slack, and Zoom is highly desirable.
