Your Role And Responsibilities:
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the Team Leader and Product Team.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Handling customer queries on Web Chat, Emails and Social Media Accounts & Google Play Consoles
- Actively participate in team meetings.
- Robe and troubleshoot customer queries, and provide a suitable and satisfactory solution.
- Communicate with the customer in real-time.
