Exciting times lie ahead! At Collegedunia, one ofthe leading educational portals, we are currently looking
for a talented Telecaller (Education Counsellor) to join our innovative and passionate team. This is a
full-time, opportunity that promises notjust a job but a path to personal and professional growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Call and counsel students on their education queries.
- Share information about colleges, exams, and application processes.
- Make follow-up calls and ensure regular engagement with leads.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Understand student interests and recommend suitable courses or colleges.
- Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets
.
Qualifications:
- Good communication skills in both Hindi and English are required.
- Must be confident, convincing, and motivated to meet targets.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.
- Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or education counseling is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
- Must have a working phone and laptop.
- Should be able to make more than 150 calls daily.
Benefits :
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Salary: Rs. 12,000 per month, plus uncapped incentives that could range from Rs. 5,000 to Rs. 10,000 per month depending on performance.
- Location: Remote (Fulltime).
- Note: No mobile reimbursement will be provided by the company.
