Main Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Pitch relevant real estate services
- Guide customers throughout the buying/renting process
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Update CRM and maintain customer records
Qualifications:
- Fluent in (Hindi and English)
- Excellent communication & persuasion skills
- Laptop, stable internet, and quiet workspace required
- Comfortable working on weekends
- Basic computer knowledge
Technical Requirements::
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Main & backup computer (minimum 1.8GHz processor and 4GB RAM)
- Main internet connection: 25 Mbps (wired)
- Backup internet connection: 10 Mbps
