About OrthoBerry :
🚀 We’re hiring a Customer Success Manager at OrthoBerry!
This is a remote, full-time role — perfect for someone who loves working closely with customers, solving real problems, and being their go-to person for anything they need.
You’ll work directly with orthodontic practices across the US — helping them get started, guiding them through product walkthroughs, setting things up to fit their workflow, and being their biggest champion within our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Onboard new practices — send agreements, collect info, and set them up
- Provide personalized product walkthroughs and training
- Configure the product based on each practice’s needs
- Be their go-to person for any questions or issues
- Set up regular check-in calls (weekly/bi-weekly) to guide and support
- Gather customer feedback & requirements, and share with the product team
- Be the customer’s advocate internally — ensuring smooth, end-to-end support
Qualifications:
- Strong communicator — friendly, clear, and empathetic
- Loves helping people and solving problems
- Comfortable working night shifts, with US-based customers
- Familiar with tools like MS Office Suite, CRM and ChatGPT
- Self-starter with a bias for action
