Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and customer-focused Chat Support Executive to join OYO’s dynamic customer support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our users via live chat. Your primary responsibility will be to offer prompt and effective solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain OYO’s reputation for excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide accurate and helpful information using internal tools and resources.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions in real-time.
- Handle service-related concerns by identifying the root cause and resolving issues efficiently.
- Escalate unresolved or complex queries to relevant internal departments and track follow-ups.
- Log all interactions, maintain customer data, and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
- Stay updated with new product features, policies, and system enhancements.
- Meet daily and weekly performance goals, including response time, resolution rate, and satisfaction scores.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and clarity.
- Fast typing speed with accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage several chat conversations at once.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and chat support platforms (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk, Intercom).
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
