Main Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically
- Build strong relationships and trust with customers
- Maintain and update customer records accurately
- Use CRM tools and follow set procedures and guidelines
- Go the extra mile to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong communication skills via phone, email, and messaging
- Solid time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, and VoIP tools
- Tech-savvy and proactive with great attention to detail
- Comfortable working US night shifts

- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Functional webcam
- Main & backup computer (minimum 1.8GHz processor and 4GB RAM)
- Main internet connection: 25 Mbps (wired)
- Backup internet connection: 10 Mbps
