Job Description:
- Community Interaction: Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and interactions from our followers in a timely and friendly manner. Address inquiries, provide assistance, and engage in conversations that reflect our brand's tone and values.
- Content Engagement: Proactively engage with community-generated content by liking, commenting, and sharing posts created by individuals within our target audience. This includes identifying relevant content that aligns with our brand and engaging with it strategically.
- Post-Interaction Engagement: Like and comment on relevant community content before and after our posts on Instagram to enhance visibility, foster reciprocal engagement, and encourage a sense of community among our followers.
- Brand Representation: Consistently uphold our brand's identity and voice while engaging with the community. Maintain a positive and approachable demeanor in all interactions to promote a welcoming and inviting online atmosphere.
- Trend Awareness: Stay current with social media trends, memes, and popular topics to contribute to relevant and timely engagements that resonate with our target audience.
- Data Tracking: Collaborate with the social media team to gather insights on engagement metrics, feedback, and trends. Use data to refine engagement strategies and optimize community interactions.
- Crisis Management: Handle negative interactions and feedback professionally and diplomatically, following established guidelines and protocols.
Requirements
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to convey messages clearly, concisely, and in line with our brand's voice.
- Social Media Proficiency: Strong familiarity with various social media platforms, particularly Instagram. Understanding of engagement best practices, hashtags, and trends.
- Empathy and Patience: Ability to empathize with community members, address their concerns, and remain patient in challenging situations.
- Time Management: Efficiently manage time to respond to messages and engage with content promptly, especially around key posting times.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and relevant responses that align with the context of conversations.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities and strategies.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team and across departments.
- Positive Attitude: A positive and proactive approach to engaging with the community and problem-solving.
- Sample portfolio or any sample works is required
Technical Requirements (Laptop/Desktop):
- Windows Processor: Intel i3 - 6th Generation/Ryzen 5 - 3rd Generation, Operating System: Windows 10 and up
- MAC Processor with an Operating System of Catalina and Up Only
- RAM: 8GB and up
