• The role of an Online Student Success Team typically involves providing support and guidance to students enrolled in online education programs. The team's primary objective is to help students succeed academically, overcome challenges, and achieve their educational goals. Here are some common responsibilities and functions of an Online Student Success Team:

1. Academic Advising: Team members may offer academic advice, helping students select courses, create study plans, and ensure they meet program requirements. They can guide students on course sequencing and suggest resources to enhance their learning experience.                                                                                               
2. Orientation and Onboarding: The team may conduct online orientation sessions to familiarize students with the virtual learning environment, explain program expectations, and provide an overview of available resources and support services.

Skill Sets: 

● Typing skills minimum 40-60 words per minute. 

● Good Writing Skills. 

● Excellent communication skills with a pleasing personality. 

● Analytical and multitasking skills. 

● Flexible with working hours. 

● Hindi & English fluency (Regional languages are a plus).

Roles & Responsibilities: 

● Manage large amounts of incoming queries. 

● Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. 

● Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. 

● Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

● Meet team targets and quality standards. 

● Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure the resolution. 

● Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies 

● Take the extra mile to engage customers and improve customer satisfaction.

•  Must have Laptop & Wifi Connection
•  Minimum 0-2 years of experience in Customer service/Hospitality/Tourism/Ecom.
