Job Description
Swiggy is hiring candidates for the Customer Success Associate position under its blended process, which mainly involves chat and voice support.
This is a part-time work-from-home opportunity with rotational shifts. Selected candidates will work 5.5 login hours per day, excluding breaks, for six days a week.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through chat and voice support.
- Provide appropriate solutions to customer issues.
- Maintain good communication while interacting with customers.
- Handle customer concerns professionally.
- Work effectively with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
