Job Description
We are currently hiring for our Voice Process (100% Work From Home) on a fixed salary with a 6-month contractual role.Customer Support Associate – handling customer queries via voice calls and providing resolutions
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries through voice calls
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions
- Maintain professionalism during all interactions
Requirements :
- Minimum education: 12th Pass
- 1 year BPO experience (with documents) or freshers can apply
- Age limit: up to 40 years
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi (no major MTI)
- Should not have applied for Flipkart interview in last 3 months
Role Details :
- Role: Voice / Blended
- Industry: BPM / BPO
- Department: Customer Success & Operations
- Employment Type: Full-time, Contractual (till 31st October)
- Shift: 24×7 rotational
- Working: 5 days/week with 2 rotational offs
