Job Overview:
We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience for all users. This role is remote and requires fluency in both Hindi and English. Prior experience with customer service platforms like Freshdesk is a plus, but not mandatory. We are open to candidates who are quick learners and passionate about customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries via email, chat, and phone in both Hindi and English
- Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally to improve overall satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required
- Share user feedback to help improve customer experience
- Track and report key customer satisfaction metrics like NPS
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English
- Prior experience in customer service or support is preferred
- Familiarity with tools like Freshdesk is a bonus
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
