Job description:
We are looking for a responsible Operations Specialist to manage and run background verification checks. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree and a keen eye for detail. Past experience in working with Background Verification companies will be an added advantage!
The person in this role will be responsible for:
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted.
- Resolving discrepancies in the information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents.
- Responding to information requests from authorized members.
- Creating data backups.
- Write background verification reports.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Google docs, sheets and MS Office is a must.
- Experience in Background Verification Process.
Shift Structure:
- 6-Day Workweek: This is a fast-paced work environment where you’ll work six days a week.
- Night Shifts & Weekends: While not a regular requirement, there may be times when you'll need to work night shifts or Sundays. When that happens, you'll be compensated for your extra efforts.
- Overtime (OT): If you’re required to work on Sundays or night shifts, you’ll receive overtime pay as per company policy. Your time and hard work will be recognized and rewarded!
