Key Responsibilities:
✅ Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
✅ Assist in gathering and organizing necessary documentation.
✅ Provide expert advice on loan products and eligibility requirements.
✅ Collaborate with financial institutions to track application progress.
✅ Maintain accurate records of client interactions and application statuses.
✅ Handle client inquiries and offer timely updates.
✅ Ensure compliance with lending regulations and company policies.

✅ Experience in appointment scheduling & cold calling is a plus.
Requirements:
🔹 High school diploma or equivalent; finance-related education is a plus.
🔹 1-3 years of experience in loan processing, finance, or customer service preferred.
🔹 Strong knowledge of Canadian lending practices and regulations.
🔹 Experience handling loan applications ranging from CAD 200-400+.
🔹 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office & loan processing software.
🔹 Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
