About the role
As our Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role converting and processing student workbooks into digital format. We'll rely on your meticulous attention to detail and data entry skills to translate handwritten documents into polished Word files. You'll help identify any missing information and ensure data consistency across student records. This is a full-time remote role with a friendly team that's driven to help our students succeed.
Scope
- Full-time role
- Mon - Fri from 7am - 3pm AEDT (4:00am - 12:00pm Manila Time)
Responsibilities
- Accurately input student workbook data into Word documents
- Review data for completeness and accuracy
- Identify any inconsistencies or anomalies in the data
- Generate reports or respond to inquiries as needed
Requirements
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of student data
- Comfortable communicating via email
- Attention to detail
